Over 23,000 Edmontonians pledge their commitment to help end racism in Edmonton
Thank you Edmonton! Racism Free Edmonton’s 16 partner organizations applaud over 23,000 citizens for making a difference and working to end racism by being more inclusive, more aware, and more respectful of different cultures.
Let’s build on this momentum as we make Edmonton a more equitable city by being more welcoming and appreciative of cultural differences.
With the end of the I’m Committed to a Racism Free Edmonton campaign, the partners now believe they have a solid commitment from Edmontonians to continue to take action in achieving the goals of the much larger Racism Free Edmonton Action Plan. This will include change at the institutional level as well as support for the community in achieving greater diversity and inclusivity in all of Edmonton.
